In conversation with Catherine Marshall

Curator, art historian, and writer Catherine Marshall will officially launch this year’s Visual Arts Programme and give an introduction to this year’s featured artists.

A long-time supporter of Cashel Arts Festival, Ms. Marshall is the former Head of Collections at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (1995–2007). She has lectured at Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, and NCAD, and has curated exhibitions across Ireland, as well as in China, the USA, Canada, and Britain.

Catherine has been a valued part of the festival’s visual arts strand for many years, and we’re delighted to welcome her back to officially open this year’s programme.

The artists will be in conversation with Catherine Marshall who has curated this exhibition upstairs in the Chapter House and all are welcome
